Join us on one of our women’s wellbeing retreats in Scotland, spending 4 nights at the relaxing JustB bed and breakfast on the edge of Edinburgh.
Our holistic retreats focus on bringing your body, mind and soul into alignment, teaching you how to own your greatness, explore your creativity, summon stillness, strength and confidence, and increase your vibration in order to live a fulfilling, happy life.
You will take part in a variety of classes and activities such as hiking, meditation and clay, and motivational TED-style talks over the 4 days. This will be done in a safe and relaxing setting in the supportive company of other women.
You will be nourished from the inside out; after an inspiring day of classes and activities you will enjoy the famous Scottish hospitality (organic and locally sourced food with vegetarian and vegan options).
Our ethos is to provide a relaxing setting for women to escape the stress and chaos of everyday life in order to navigate their own self-discovery.
This retreat is for women aged 18 and above.

Please note, we have a minimum booking requirement of 8 persons to run our wellness retreats.
MEET YOUR GUIDES
Karen Macdonald owns and runs JustB with her partner Geoff.
She has over 30 years experience in hospitality, and designed JustB to offer everything a bed and breakfast should- with the comforts of a 5 star hotel.
Her passion, attention to detail and care to go above and beyond for her guests ensure they leave JustB feeling renewed!
Yvette Morrissey aka Wayfaring Kiwi is a travel and outdoor adventure blogger and in 2018 was the first solo female to hike the 864km Scottish National Trail.
She is award-winning journalist, writer, poet, motivational speaker and feminist.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking in the Scottish Highlands, horse-riding, snowboarding and any activity that gets the adrenaline pumping!
Kathryn Jenner moved to Scotland from New Zealand two years ago.
Her aim in life is to not follow the crowd and to learn from others and share experiences.
Kathryn brings her skills as a qualified Jeweller to the art of working with clay and her love for conversation to the experience of discovering creativity and self expression in everyone.
Julie Bleasdale is passionate about helping others to uncover and explore their true nature through gentle conversation, guided meditation and self-enquiry.
Julie currently works within several projects in the community and in prisons providing support to those who have been impacted by mental health issues.
Julie draws much inspiration for her work from the Non-Duality understanding and the writings of the worlds great mystics.
In her spare time Julie loves to spend time walking and relaxing in nature with her children. She is equally happy to be curled up on the sofa contemplating the works of her favourite poet, RumI.
Andrea Olafs has always had a never-ending thirst for knowledge of all kinds, covering a wide variety of interests. Among them are health, children’s education, body language, confidence and different methods of self-discovery as well as democracy, business and economics.
In recent years Andrea has been involved in a few different NGOs such as The Red Cross and organisations focusing on the environment, direct democracy and fair banking practices for homeowners.
Andrea comes to this powerful team of women at JustB retreats with a few golden nuggets to share in the hope of inspiring other women on their journeys of self-discovery and transformation.
