Our home is a dreamy cottage nestled in the foothills of the Pentland National Park and just 8 miles from Edinburgh City Centre, with regular bus service just a short stroll from the cottage, 10 miles from Edinburgh Airport and close to Murrayfield and the Royal Highland Centre.

We endeavour to provide you with a home from home experience in our modern and comfortably furnished bed and breakfast located in the leafy suburb of Balerno on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

Amanda was very welcoming and explained what we needed to know on arrival. The room was large and very clean and comfortable and well equipped for our every need. The breakfast choice was extensive and tasty. We liked the location as we could catch a bus from almost outside to the centre of Edinburgh. Just B was also well placed for walking along the river path reached from opposite the house, and if we had wanted to walk it is not far from the Pentland hills in the other direction. All in all an excellent stay.

We loved the room and the hospitality of our hosts James and Amanda. Perfect location to visit the center of Edinburgh. The bus stop is very close by and the ride is only 35min to the city center. Easy to park your car.

The new hosts were super friendly and attentive. They just took over JustB and have done a very good job. The breakfast, which you could choose from every day, was prepared with great care and always fresh.
Even though the accommodation is located a little outside the city, you can easily get to the city center by bus (bus stop 5 minutes away), so you can leave your car parked without any problems. We wish them both all the best for their start!

The owners, Amanda and James were lovely and the studio was perfect for our 2 night stay. Also located in a lovely area with nice pubs down the road.
